Caller ID help Touch Pro

New to Touch pro, and can not figure why the caller ID will not show a number if the phone is locked and someone calls. Does anyone know why it does this? Thanks.

are you using S2U2? I had that problem with that program until i set "Caller ID" to off in the SBU2 settings, and soft reset...

No S2U2. Just using the phone as it came.

does it show numbers when not locked? Have you tried a hard reset? save all your info and try it.

if not call Sprint to make sure Caller ID is working and activated.

The caller id works well, but only when the phone is not locked. If it's locked and someone calls, it rings, but shows nothing except for today screen.

have you tried a hard reset to see if maybe its just a glitch or somthing?

op, could you add pro to your phone info? it only says touch.

Yeah, it say's touch because I that's what I had until a couple of days ago. I just purchased a touch pro. I'll change it. Thanks for picking that up.
