Problem using Sprint Backup trial's restore feature
This is first time using Sprite Backup and I'm having a problem. I made a back-up and I'm trying to restore it and it's asking me for an authorization code to restore. I made the back-up yesterday. I'm restoring to the same ROM I used before, Mighty 4.13. Any ideas, guys? This will be a pain to re-intall everything I just had! TIA!

Re: Problem using Sprint Backup trial's restore feature
That's what I did. The Sprite backup was saved to my memory card. I used Total Commander to open the .exe backup file created by Sprite and it then asked me for an authorization code to continue with restore.

Re: Problem using Sprint Backup trial's restore feature
That would really suck considering I signed up for the trial yesterday! I would try to message Sprite's support but I have a feeling they would just pressure me into buying their product without considering I didn't even get to do a full backup AND restore prior to thinking about buying it.

Re: Problem using Sprint Backup trial's restore feature
It is definitely worth buying, I have very thouroughly tested all the different BU apps (search my posting history) & Sprint was the hands down winner in extensive hands on testing & many restores.

Re: Problem using Sprint Backup trial's restore feature
Oh for suuuure, I've read about it over and over on here and other sites and have read that it's pretty much the "be all and end all" program for restoring. I'm likely going to purchase the HTC special that includes Sprite Terminator. But, daaang, I'm just bummed that I got stuck on the restore!
