Im gonna say sprite backup, cause backups are priceless, and sktools because it just does so darn much. Both are must haves for me..

For me, the following are MUST-HAVEs:
PPCPimbackup and SPB Backup. I run nightly backups of PPC for my contacts and saved games folder, weekly automated SPB Backups.
Advanced Config and Diamond Tweak - I use both for additional tweaking w/o messing with registry.
PHMRegEdit - Basic regedit.
AEButton Plus - Map multiple functions to one button
Resco File explorer is nice if you need some extra funtionality to File Explorer
Bejewled 2
and G-Alarm - This app is probably one of my biggest must-haves. Lets you set more than 2 alarms, and use things like the g-sensor, mazes and math puzzles for waking up. So nice of an app.
