What's keeping my data connection open?

Thanks for the responses, but I found it. Dashwire was the culprit. Even though it was closed out it was still turning the data on. I unstalled it and everything is fine.

Get a trial version of SPB Wireless Monitor (it's a great program - you may want to register it after the trial). It tracks your data usage by program so you can find the offending app. In my case it turned out to be RSS Hub.
