I am very Happy with Opera .. I am glad to see that they are continuing development on a great product.

I'm pretty sure that they leave it in beta so that there is no liability on their side. You'll notice that Gmail, 5 years later, is still in beta, (look in the upper righthand corner of gmail.) They do this to remove any liability they may have if servers go down, etc. That may be the reason.

Nice....although opera mini is still the clear winner for me.
