It was only a matter of time before a story like this showed up

Gator won't be back around to argue it with you, though.

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

Running Mighty Mike's ROMs and love it. Came from a Mogul so this phone is night and day difference.

I tried KK's ROMs but had issues where I couldn't answer the phone..I could just watch it ring then call the people back. I ran Merdin's for a bit but the text messaging bug and the ringer going silient (no vibrate either) made me drop that one.

Battery life is awesome on this phone... two email accounts, web usage, texting and some phone calls during the day and I still have 70% or so left on the battery when I leave work.

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

i have one of the release TPs and my chrome has been flaking off and the ribbon cable is dying on me.

Sprint refuses to exchange it because i dont have TEP.

i WILL get a replacement somehow because this is ridiculous.

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

Had mine since January and just recently started flashing ROMs. Slience #9 awesome-ness. I build and service PCs and I believe its al about the user. I hav had no problemsa with mine so far. I do miss the hardware keys that were on the Mogul but not the lack of memory. All in all this phone is just fine if you use it correctly and don't abuse its functionality. Be kind to such an awesome device. WMWifirouter is the end-all of programs especially if you are on the go alot and need a working connection for your laptop when one isn't available. So, no problems yet. (and I flash A LOT)

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

All my problems have been feature /software things , and not really "problems" . No Hardware or unit problems to speak of yet. I, too, still run an official ROM for this phone . My only physical issue with the phone would be that the screen can get scratched more easily than some other touch phones, but knowing this I have been pretty careful ,Plus it comes with an adequate screen protector. I use this phone for work and personal , and it rarely has a glitch.
