Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

Haven't had any problems with mine. I've had it for three months now.

In fact, cool story. Last night we were watching a match with some friends, Colombia - Bolivia. There was a heavy storm and power went out. So I connected my TP to my laptop, shared the Internet connection, found a stream, and we were able to watch the rest of the match full screen (17" screen).

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

I've got a build date of Jan-17 ... been using mostly MightyROM's/Juicy/and Juggalo back and forth - my phone has been dropped, sat on, nearly frozen and I haven't had any problems - no keyboard or light sensor or battery issues, phone doesn't get overly hot and I use GPS and wifi quite a bit. I can't imagine having any other phone.

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

I've had mine since December, and had to replace it once due to the graphics processor crapping out on it. Ran numerous custom ROMs, and stock ROM too - made no difference on that component crapping out.

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

I got mine about a month ago, and now my keyboard is out.. Been out for about 2 weeks, jus havent had time to go into the sprint store. I have flashed a few roms since getting it tho, but i dont think thats the problem... Maybe HTC should manufacture their phones in the US and not at sweat shops in Taiwan... Theres ur problem, u got 11 year olds putting ur phone together...

Thumbs up Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

I have only had mine for about a month, it was the best option when I switched from Nextel to Sprint, I had thought about an iPhone but didn't want to pay disconnect fees and then buy the iPhone.

Having used it now and loaded the custom cabs (no souped up ROM's) and finally getting the feel for it, I like it, couple of reboots but that was expected.

Co-worker has an iPhone and I am not real impressed. No slide out QWERTY and she had to get a "STYLUS" to even type on it!

I use mine for everything, web/email/events/MP3's/TV on the go/GPS and pictures, videos and even a couple of games (SIM CITY).

I am very glad I went the route of an HTC Touch Pro, and will someday consider souping her up with one of those fancy ROMs.

BTW thanks to all the folks that put the time and skills into making the special cabs!!!

Re: Who is NOT having problems with their TP?

No Issues...all my keyboard issues were due to flaky beta roms...
Flashed Mighty Mike's and it's been a beautiful device since then!

Completely untrue. Had a December build and just got a new TP Thursday because the keyboard and buttons on the front stopped working. I was running the Sprint stock rom and radio and all I had done to the phone was change the background and sliders. Never dropped, never damaged in any way. Im running a March build and already Im noticing the keyboard acting funny...still running the stock Sprint rom.
