couple questions about opera

Ok, I have figured out that if I modify the "Spoof User Agent" settingin opera:config to 4 (mozilla) or 5 (IE) bofa.mobi works fine.

Only problem is that it doesn't stick from one session to the next. I have tried editing opera1.ini, but the setting is correct in it, which tells me I have possibly checked the wrong file. Is there another file I should be looking for? This one was in the Windows/opera9 directory.

I am running Mighty Rom 4.1.6 (I believe...)
