help!!! error 208 file open

does anybody kno where i can find a full version updated RUU because all the ones i have downloaded give me error message 208 file open. or if not can someone assist me in the process with the RUU.

-These error messages indicate that RUU lacks certain important files and cannot continue with the update. Please get the complete RUU package again. You may not have extracted rom correctly.

ive read over the error 208 and thats exactly what i need do you know where i can download a full version of the RUU i think im downloading the right rom files

What rom are you having a problem with?

After you download a rom to your desktop, right click on it and extract it to anywhere. Just make a new folder on your desktop and extract it to there. Then run the RUU and you should be good.
