Outlook Exchange Certificate

I'm planning to test drive a few custom ROMs tonight and I just backed-up my TP via PIM Backup.

Last week, my company's IT manager installed an Outlook Exchange Certificate on my TP for my company mail account. How can I verify that PIM stored this info correctly so I can restore it after flashing a new ROM? Or, is there a specific file or folder on the device that I should save to my PC for safekeeping and then re-load after the new ROM is up and running?

I've done custom ROMs many times before with my old Mogul, but this will be the first time that I've flashed my phone with company certificates installed.

Does anyone have experience with this situation? Thanks!
