I don't know if I have said this yet but here goes. Do not take the phone to a store and try to have them ship it off anywhere. It will not work as that process is only for a specific list of phones of which there is not a single PDA. Keep calling until you find one that can do it. People are not joking when they say there are few techs that know how to do it. I would estimate only 1 in 50. Keep trying.

The only problem I have with that is, the verzion account is not in my name so I can't call them. Ill keep trying though.
