Re: Sprint TP on Verizon UPDATE! (NO LONGER WORKING)
not sure if this belongs here but here i go, my G/F sprint Touch pro was on VZW networks until she got her TP2 now we want to sell it and need to know do we have to go back into QPST and change everything back or can we just flash a stock sprint rom on it. we just want to make sure that the person buying the phone will have no issues from sprint when he activates it.

Re: Sprint TP on Verizon UPDATE! (NO LONGER WORKING)
My Sprint Touch Pro is currently working on the Verizon Network, but I'd like to upgrade to a newer rom (right now I am using a custom rom, but it is WM6.1).
If I were to flash to a different ROM, will my activation and service still work correctly without additional changes? I had to hard reset my phone once before. The custom ROM continued to work with Verizon, but I'm not sure if the same thing happens when switching to a different ROM. Thanks! |

Re: Sprint TP on Verizon UPDATE! (NO LONGER WORKING)
My wife and I have a (Sprint) Touch pro and Diamond respectively. We downgraded from the everything Data, talk, text to talk and text. We're saving $$ for Heroes. VZW has it's hero coming in Nov.

I did however change back to 6.1 as there was a bug that kept sending texts over and over. |

Re: Sprint TP on Verizon UPDATE! (NO LONGER WORKING)
After many hours converting phone and talking to customer service and local verizon techs, I'm converting my phone back to sprint and selling it. I think the verizon TP2 will meet my needs just fine.
