Then i hooked back up Sprint TP to QSPT and added both of the files into their correct folders. But now I have no idea what to do. Thoughts???

Thanks again.
The DMU file is the public key. Did you have the DMU file added to the phone before or after the DMU resets? If you did the DMU resets before then you'll need to have it done again. If infact you did have the public key before having the DMU resets done then I'll need to research your issue further and get back to you.

I grabbed the DMU file off my VZW TP (that was active just 2 days ago) and copied it to my Sprint TP, but since copying the file to my Sprint TP i have not had a DMU reset. Should i call and try and get another one?

When you go into the EPST on your phone, do you have a "Securty" section? If so, make sure the username in both sections is MDN@vzw3g.com and blank out the password here as well. After that make sure HA/AAA passwords are still blank and try another DMU reset.

Yes. Without a public key for which to generate your actual DMU key the reset was worthless and needs to be done again.

Re: Sprint TP on Verizon UPDATE! (NO LONGER WORKING)

Dude! You are a freakin lifesaver. I never had a DMU file so as you mentioned, the DMU resets must have been useless. (I am about to call and request another one). Second, in EPST, security section, both my user ID's were (mynumber@vzw3g.com) and this is what a tech told me to unput. So I have changed them both to MDN, and am calling for another DMU reset. Man i hope this works!

Dude....MDN = Mobile Directory Number aka your phone number....not literally "MDN" (ie ##########@vzw3g.com where ########## is your phone number). I just wanted to make sure you had changed those as well as the settings in Default MIP Profile. And this is not a guarantee...I'm not personally familiar with error 67 right now so I don't know for sure that it is the answer...but the fct you never had a public dmu key/dmu reset (in that order) would definately keep you from getting data

Really!?! Sh*t! I never saw this acronym broken down anywhere. Thanks for the clarification.
Error 67 is as you suggested a user/pass error. even when i go into my network settings and enter everything, i still get nothing.

Yeah, I thought you knew, sorry bout that. Since the error message is a username/password error then I a 99% sure it is the DMU. Report back and let me know if it works. While the DMU key is beng reset, take the battery out of the phone. Wait 2 minutes, then power up and make a few phone calls and check EPST to see if you have anything new in th HA/AAA fields. If after several minutes and several calls you don't have one, try to connect anyways. It may take several attempts.

Rockin! Thanks again. Unfortunately, VZW tech support is closed for the night, so i will have to get the DMU reset tomorrow. I'll update tomorrow with (hopefully) good news.

Try again, use the option "unable to make and receive calls". Tech support is still open, but if you use any other option after 11pm (i think) it will tell you to call back in the morning.
