I am still looking for the answer to this. I know after you open the picture, you can click contents>menu>save, and it will save to My Documents>My Pictures in main memory. You can change this to internal storage if you want by using the registry setting above. But the program downloads the image somewhere so that it opens up quickly when you click the picture icon. Where is this location?

Thanks!
Yea. It even does that on mine. I think it could be a HTC album issue or something... I just ignore it.

You Assume that it is downloading the message off of the MMS server, and saving it somewhere with the files it downloads right???? That is NOT the case! It downloads the mms message and saves the raw data to "\My Documents\UAContents\MMS UA" as a .dat file. So the only way to save the files is "Save As".....

Unless you write a program that will decode the .dat and export the files for you.

Yeah, I guess thats what I'll be doing too. Anybody know of a fix for that? It didn't do it in MM 4.6, so I'm assuming it's something with the album. It seems like I can't get into my messages for about 30sec after a receive a pic too..anyone else see that?

Thanks, I figured something like this must be the case. That means that everything is getting saved to main memory. I see there is a lot of registry settings under HKLM>Software>Arcsoft>Arcsoft MMS UA>config>folder. The PicturePath key will set the save location for when you save pictures, but it looks like there are a lot more keys that need to be edited to truly move everything (including those .dat files) over to the internal storage or storage card. Would be nice if that was included in the cab or an additional cab

Re: Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 From Sprint With Threading MMS

I did a little more research and it seems like "transporter.exe" hangs when I receive a MMS. I can't get into my inbox or text messages. Anyone else seen this yet?

Running MM 4.8 on Sprint Diamond.

Yeah... I am such a jerk here and on the PointUI boards lately, I am not sure why. Sorry! At least I admit it, right?

Re: Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 From Sprint With Threading MMS

I'm loving this app, blows sprint picture mail away. It supports animated pictures and the first time I tested it on my other phone I got the video in 12 seconds. Thanks a lot jaminmc and everyone else who you mention on page 1.
