1. Why do I have to remove picture mail?

2. How do I edit the size limit?

Because this replaces it. you leave picturemail installed, ant it will retrieve the mms's

Dont! hehe. Go to your sms inbox, hit Menu, Pics/Video Options, Servers, SprintMMSC, send limit. If you chance it to larger than 500k, people with Verizon wong get your messages. If you are trying to send more pics in one message, change the photo Res to VGA in the preferances, and it will automatically resize them when sending.

Really? I thought OP said you could edit the size limits to be able to send larger files. I mean, half a meg? How am I supposed to send video?
