I just installed this to my pro and all i have to say is whoa nochem made me a believer, wasn't expecting an installer package like that. Very professional. Interested your other products, what else do you have out there.

When I try to install nueKBLight it begins to install and then I get a message that says, "Installation failed." Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what I can do to correct the problem?

Are you installing this on your TP right? Not the computer.

Yes, I'm installing it on my TP. I downloaded the program on my laptop, then blue-toothed it to my TP, then installed it.

I think that I would really like this program but it keeps corrupting the graphics. Apps won't load and I can't even open the settings for nueKBLight. I have to Hard Reset everytime. I am using a custom ROM from Calkulin and everything has worked fine for over a week. As soon as I install this, the problems start.

Just to clarify what I mean by corrupted graphics:
All the icons and other graphics seem to overlap and mulitply over each other when scrolling. If the icon is pressed, nothing loads but the icons look somewhat corrupted. I hope that is clear.

UPDATE:

Tried v1.6 Works fine. Must be something with v1.7 that doesn't like my Touch Pro.

is there a reg edit i can make that has the backlight stay on as long as the keyboard is out....thats the only thing i wanted changed so i didnt want to install anything

So i'm wondering if this issue is being looked at cause this is the main reason I got the mod. The keyboard light does stay on when you slide it out and doesn't turn off which is cool unless.... I go start txting someone with the keyboard out and then press the send button on the screen. Then it turns off. So i can't see the keyboard in the dark anymore when i'm having a conversation..

Hmm..i installed 1.7 last night and everything was working fine. However, just a few mins ago, i realized my kb light is going out as it was before i installed the cab..maybe i need to uninstall and reinstall and see what happens.
