March Madness on my TP?

Is there anyway I can tune into the games with my TouchPro? I'll be at work for the majority of the day games, but dont want to miss any of the action. I know CBS is allowing the first round to be viewed online; but like alot of other online-video content, i doubt i'll be able to watch it on my TP.

sprint TV only has FoxSports.. but will sprint add a new link for march madness?

i dont have a sling box, otherwise that'd solve my problem. is there anyway to stream my MCEpc (w/ tv tuner) to my WinMo??
