Best way to transfer data from storage card to new storage card

whats the best way to transfer all my data (mainly cabs) from my old 1gb card to my new 8gb card..thx in advance (btw i got a mac computer)

I just plugged in both cards at the same time. Then made a new folder on the new card and copy and paste everything at once.

Do you use the "missing syncing" software on your mac? If so you could just copy the files to your computer when you sync the phone then re-copy them to your new storage card. You can also do it little by little by copying a few files on the 1gb storage card and transfering them to the main memory of the phone THEN put in the 8gb card....it's a little tedious but it works.
