phone freezes after password

ok i am not real sure what is going on, but this morning i think i may have downloaded a mobile virus. i went to an xda dev. tf3d themes forum and downloaded a new theme and every since i tried to install it my phone freezes. i could use some insight on what if anything i need to do to correct this problem.
every time i turn on the phone and the password screen opens it freezes up completely. i really hope that someone has a solution...
