Does anyone know how to add Voicemail on Today Screen? (not TF3D)

I was wondering if there is a way to add the voicemail option to the today screen. I know somebody that uses pocket breeze instead of TF3D and he wants to add Voicemail to the today items. I know this was availiable in the mogul but it's missing in the TP. I know he's not going to want to use another app like SPB Mobile Shell. Can anybody help?

I believe it's in the Today settings under "Messaging" Enable that and it'll show unread e-mails, texts and new voicemails. I think at least, I haven't used that option in ages.
