*****Anyone able to get new TP after falling out sorry case????****

Sorry guys, I've only had my TP for about a week now but how exactly is it coming out of the case? Mine seems to be quite secure when it's closed and velcroed. Even the flexible straps on the sides don't seem to have enough flexibility to move enough to let the TP slip through in any direction.

Maybe they updated the case or does it really break down that bad? Thanks!

My issue was solved. Went over to sprint store and lady customer service rep didnt ask any questions or anything at all.

**What I did was hard reset the phone to factory settings, went over and said its been hard resetting by itself and I cant afford to put numbers or anything in the phone because it does it at random. Then told her about how it fell out the case. While I was talking she had already ordered my new one. Great service!!!

Im going to try that. Same thing that happend to you happened to me. I was late to work, so running up the stairs my phone fell out of the case and dropped like 4 stepps. The chrome is baddly damaged .

One question: Did you have insurance on your phone? Cuz I dont
