Now with these files, when I put it back on automatic it will go back on sprint network it isnt just going to always roam no matter what setting I am on it correct.

how do I use this file? download to my cell phone and unzip?

Thanks for the download link. installed it on my touch pro now and it works great, data connection and everything. My business associates who also have been having this issue will be very pleased i found it with your help.

Unfortunately the registry fix does not work on the Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 phone running Win Mobile 6.1. I've applied it, soft reset, checked the CDMA Roam settings to be sure that Roaming was set, but the phone will not go into roaming.

Sad because Sprint is f'ing up the network where I live and I'm getting 100% dropped calls when I used to get a signal of 83% or better.

I'm guessing that Sprint must have the ROM hardwired to only go into roam when there is no Sprint network nearby regardless of signal strength or tower issues.
