I think he's talking about the start bar (or the task bar) and the bottom bars with the softkeys on it.

I just want to thank everyone again.... I havent been this giddy about customization on a phone since I had my ppc6700. I am still debating on TouchFlo3d vs just customizing a Today screen, but so far I think I really love what the Sprint Touch Pro brings to the table. Force Roam has helped me immensely since I used to only get one bar at home, and all these tweaks ( Altho I decided wallpapers on every tab aggravates me since it makes it hard to read texts and various other things, so I went back to just the one page ) have really helped me personalize my device. Thanks again for the great support. Great forum, good people...

Now, I need a tweak that will help me get a low money down fixed 5% mortgage on a short sale home in the price range of 200k. Can anyone help me with that??
