Phone won't ring

For some reason my phone won't ring. Have it set to Vibrate and Ring. When a call comes in it just vibrates. Bluetooth is turned off. Tried different ringers. Running MightyRom 4.12.

Is the ringer volume set to vibrate only? Tap on the ringer tab in the volume control screen and confirm that it is turned up.
