Anyone have an extra battery for the touch pro? My battery on lasts about 4 hours now...used to last all day.

might i suggest doing a "battery reset" instead. to do this you:

1. Drain the battery COMPLETELY so it hardly even boots up the phone.
2. with the phone turned off, charge the battery just long enough to do a hard reset and not die in the middle of it.
3. Let the phone run customizations, etc.
4. Charge the phone overnight (like 8+hrs, even after it says 100%)

I did this, and it made my battery last ALOT longer. seems like hype i know, but it really works for people.

It's not hype by any means.
Look into the Li-Ion batteries and you'll find out that there's a little meter type of thing that need a recalibration every so often.

but it is best to not let the battery get below 30% normally...just about once a month or as needed do the above mentioned process.

I have already done this a few times...but it seams that it no longer works. My battery is a few years old....so it looks like it is time to get a new one.

Yup, it's just the way it is.
Batteries have a limited charge/discharge cycle just like sd cards have a limited read/write cycle(and other storage devices/harddrives aswell).

I'm in need of a back battery cover for a Sprint Touch Pro as mine is broken & cracked and comes off all the time.

Anyone have a spare just taking up space?

Stock silver or black would be fine. I'm trying to keep my TP going until Evo time and all three Sprint stores I visted said they could no longer get any parts for the TP.
