Call Response Update @ HTC.com Hotfix

Hey I am not sure if this was posted and I searched without finding anything but over at HTC.com there is an update for the Touch Pro for call response. The description goes as follows.

The device will keep ringing for a few seconds after the caller hangs up the call. You may answer a phone call without anyone responding on the other and think it’s a dropped call, but actually it’s because the caller has already discontinued the call. If you encounter this problem, please install this hot fix to resolve this issue.

Do we really need this?
