Trouble Receiving Calls! Help code red!

When I receive a call and press the anwser button, nothing happens. I repeat pressing the anwser key about 30 or so times and sometimes it anwser, but most times it doesn't. I can make calls just find, but when it comes to receiving calls I'm having problems. When I try to touch the anwser button on the screen it doesn't work either. Help
