Phone not vibrating

This is true from my experience but it usually doesn't take a week. The touch screen on my girlfriends vogue stopped working, we took it in, they told us since the phone is able to make calls, she'd have to wait. Even though the only way to make a call would be to dial someone out of the contacts screen in tf2d i had installed.

Ha I'm glad I'm not the only one! I dropped my phone a week ago and noticed that my vibrator has gotten louder like something has shaken loose inside. I left it alone and it seems to have fixed itself. Then I dropped it again yesterday and found out just now it doesn't vibrate anymore. After playing with it for about a half hour I found that if i shake it around a bit sometimes it will kick in. I do have insurance on the phone but don't want to pay for the deductable, plus there's nothing wrong with the phone as I have invisible shield on. should I attempt to open it up myself and try to fix it? Or should I take it back for warranty?
