If so, that will probably require editing manila files, which is not an easy task. This will not be a setting you can just turn off me thinks.

Actually, I turned TF3D off. The notification is on the Today screen. The default on wake up is Today screen.

I do have SPB Menu which is manually turned on. I do have SPB Mobile Shell on in my today item.

I have verified that the SPB Menu and the SPB Mobile Shell do not have any notification options. I also remembered that the notification messages were already there before I got the SPB software.

Did you ever find a fix to this? I'm having the same problem. Im running SPB Mobile Shell and also getting the new email notifications regardless of what options are selected in the Notifcation settings for Windows Mobile. Im starting to wonder if this isn't related to recent softwrae I've installed for instant messaging though. I think the problem started around the same time.. Do you run anything like that outside of what was installed on the default ROM?

I have not got a solution to the original posted question.

I know that I always have emails and last thing I need is a Notification for my imap email account.
