Man I feel you. As a veteran of the US Army (infantry) and you as a Marine, you know all you can do is pound the crap out of them till they listen! Water boarding sounds good right now huh? lol....
I too have been with sprint 10 years and have had a few problems here and there. Heck, I've had to battle it out with my electric company over mis-billing. It will work out. Just call retensions, explain your plight and if that doesn't work.....do it again. They don't want to lose you over a TP case. HOOAH!
