No touch

my tp screen does not accept any touch inputs - guess the screen is broken (when i hold it at an angle i see a rainbow frameed square inside the screen)
didn't drop it (but do have zaggs screen protector on it)
was ruhning ssk 1.5
hard reset didn't work back to ssk 1.5
since i thought i will have to return it back to vzw

reflashed stock rom
now stuck on set up screen that asks "tap the screen to set up......"
since i can't touch, i can't set up
the relocker is not letting me relock (error 260 connection)
since i can't get it to relock - don't necessarily want to bring it back to vzw unlocked
any ideas?
