Phone keeps stop charging when tethering

anyone have this problem with their TP keep stop charging and start using up battery if they access internet for more than 20 min continously?

this is really annoying as it prevents me from really doing any long download for more than 1 hr since the battery would be drained to like 60-70 about an hour after it stops charging.
