TomTom Landscape

I have a quick question for you WM gurus out there. I have TT7 and wish to run it in landscape mode when I use it.

Right now its a pita that I have to change my screen around in settings every time I want to use it. The car mount I have takes advantage of my touch pro in landscape mode.

Are there any hacks or programs or even settings that will automatically put the phone in landscape mode when I launch a certain program such as TT7????

Yes i have used this app in kk's loaded roms. Once installed and soft reset u will see it in start menu programs. Create a profile for tom tom 7 and set it to rotate and only check 270 for reverse landscape screen on left buttons on right or 90 for buttons on left and screen on the right. Program runs in the backround just like g sensor but its easier to use and setup with specific apps only so that it does not mess with normal operation.

Instructions from xda

Utility that rotates screen using Gsensor .
Install app, make a reboot , Go to Programs --> Accessories --> Flip It.
Check Angles , or create a profile for a specific application.
This app is an early beta release and provided as is ....

Works like a charm for me and if u want it to do this automatically just add it to your startup. Program uses verry little ram yet highly configureable.

I use Mortscript, its a free program you can install on your Touch Pro. Then, I launch TomTom using a Mortscript file. I attached two versions of the Mortscript for TomTom, choose the appropriate one whether you installed TomTom Navigator.exe on your phone's memory or Storage Card.

Thanks for the reply's guys I went ahead and used the Mortscript method. I feel ill use Mortscript for a lot more than just a screen flip.
