my earpiece is too loud

Is there a way to lower the earpiece volume? It doesn't matter how low I turn the volume, it still seems way too loud. Any suggestions?

earpiece as in the headset? Volume bar should still control volume in headset, as long as you adjust volume according to what is too loud, i.e. if you're in a call use volume buttons then as that adjusts call volume. For headsets I always have it at like 2 bars because its really loud.

that's funny because no matter how much I turn mine up its always too low and I have to almost push it through my face to hear.

Wow, i've never heard of someone say that their HTC phone is too LOUD. Hav eyou tried searching for the audiopara file akareem27?

It's too loud when I put the phone up to my ear. I usually have to hold the phone a few inches from my ear, but then people can't hear me well because I'm too far from the mic.
