HELLO this is my problem. i was on a phone call and the phone hanged ( it just froze there) it would not do anything. so i took the battery out and put it back in and now the only thing that shows up is when it says tocuh pro and then after a few seconds a bunch of red letters show up at the bottom. i have done a hard reset and it still does the same thing. what should i do.

Make sure you're doing a hard reset and not a soft reset. Do another "hard reset" and report back.
