unknown callers/no caller id

does anyone know the program or a way to make it to where you can see who is calling you when their calling unknown


a friend has a regular phone and his friend setup something on his phone wich hes not sure of and when someone calles him unknown or with blocked caller id he hits the ignore button n a second later it shows their number

I believe cricket has some sort of option for that on dumb phones. I have seen a program for this use on winmo, but it did not work very well.
