You're welcome. Considering how deteriorated it already was from use and the chrome flaking at the edges (which is a documented defect insta-replace issue), I only helped along the inevitable. By the way, this is the first time I've ever gone in to get an insured replacement, and they didn't even charge me the deductible.

As far as I'm concerned, the thing is now only a stopgap between me and the Palm Pre. I cannot stand the keyboard lag issue. What's the point of having a keyboard if it is at best somewhat usable. Doesn't make sense to me. I'm stunned that this isn't a bigger issue. I'm convinced nobody actually _uses_ the thing.
