need help cannot view pictures
i really need help when im in the file explorer and i click on a picture to try to view it tells me there is no apllication associated with this and to run it from its program when on my freinds tp it pulls up the picture, can anyone help me with this it will be greatly appreciated

It may not be a file Windows media can open. You may need a different player like Tcpmp or core player or some other media player and associate the files you want to open.

but it wont even let me open up the picture i took with the phone and the album sample pics, i can only view pics through the touchflo picture tab, but not through file explorer

You need to reassign the file associations. You have installed something that stole them.
Advance Config 3.3 has the option to reassign file associations.

the advandec configure 3.3 is telling me it cannot open up because of a a upgrade needed, what can i do can anyone help me

Hard reset or install a different picture app such as resco photo viewer pro..
