does anyone that owns a touch pro have an issue with the screen fading in and out?? it doesn't fade out completely (example: its like someone it playing with a dimmer switch in your house going from dim to bright) anyways with that being said can anyone explain why and how to resolve said issue??

in your backlight settings, you can tell it not to adjust automatically using the light sensor, then it will always use the values you define. this is a feature meant to make the screen more viewable in any lighting condition.

you have it set on auto adjust. go to start>settings>system>power and uncheck auto adjust.

On a cloudy day it bugs me and I usually turn it off, with the clouds shifting and changing the amount of light constantly, but it's often useful otherwise.
