Touch Pro Screen BLACK! Help!

So i was just using the phone and i notice that the screen was jumbling around and the top half of the screen was moved to the bottom and the bottom half was on the top and things were sliding and looking like the matrix and all messed up. So i reset the phone. try again... same thing. I go to sleep. The next morning same thing happens. While the screen was scrambling all over the place. i watched it turn from a full normal screen like how it should look and then it it dimmed into a black screen.
Now the screen is black! it is on. Phone turns on. I can hold the Phone (call) button down and ask it to call someone, but it doesn't ever call. it will tell me the battery level n such. so i think the screen is an issue?
So final story i didn't abuse it in any way. i think windows or the phone is a lemon.
had the phone for about two weeks. It still turns on but black screen.
Any one else notice this?
Any suggestions?

i say try to hard reset if your not afraid of losing anything or have it backed up. might correct the problem if its a software issue.

Hard reset the device.

If you're still having issues, take it back to the store.

Your phone manual should tell you how to do a hardreset. Or you can go to sprint.com and click on support and pick your phone and look at the manual. But what you're describing sounds like what I had with my apache, but I tapped my screen a little hard which caused the problem. I ended up fixing it by replacing the screen. Bought it on ebay and installed it. If you go that route, it's best that you're good with dealing with electronic guts otherwise you'll end up damaging the delicate film ribbon cables and static sensitive chips inside. Oh and you'll probably need a T6 torx driver and a #0-0 Philips screw driver. That's what I used to get inside my 6700 and 6800.

Other than that I hope you have TEP and get a replacement from sprint.
