Manila editor 0.2 Question. Please help!!!

After spending quite awile trying to fiure this out, I finaly have to ask; What is next? I figured out after downloading a .theme file to my computer, I needed to extract the manila files, so I used WinZip to do so. I used the Manila Editor 0.2 and some other software to make some changes. Now I am stuck!!! I am completely clueless on what to do next. Do I zip the manila files? How do I convert the manila files to a Theme file. If some person or people could please give me some direction to go in, I would greatly appreciate it.
