Cannot remove a program

when i try to uninstall minihometab its saying minihometab was not completely uninstalled. would you like to remove the item from the list. I select yes but it still shows. any help?

I'm not too sure if this is the correct way to go about it but when that happens with me I just click yes, then I go and reinstall the file. When you do that, two messages will pop up and I click yes for both and when it is done installing I soft reset and the application is gone. Once again, not sure if that is the correct way or what but it seems to work for me and I have had no problems.
