I am satisfied with the one that came with the phone. Yes it's boxy and annoying but coming from my previous phones that had none or 2.5mm it makes me very happy. I use the included headphones for short clips but for movies and music I break out the "box" and my Shure's. Sound quality is still lacking with the Shure's (better then the included headphones though) but they are more comfortable for long term use.
