Re: Sensor lock

Sensor lock looks like a hassle with the TP being as bulky as it is. I just use long press end key.

Re: Sensor lock

I just set my phone so that only the power button can turn it on. It works as easily as any lock I've tried.

You go to "Setting / System / Key Lock", and click "Lock all buttons except Power Button". You can then hit the power button to turn off the screen and lock everything, and then hit it again to turn it on.

Yeah but the device still unlocks itself at every alert...

Same here.

I used Sensor Lock at one point also, but PocketShield is the best program available IMHO (the latest version is awesome)

I love being able to unlock with the center button.

yes. on my TP is has the lock symbol even if i open my keyboard. however. you can type on your keyboard still but u cant use the hard buttons or the on screen buttons. I just found this out today when i opened my TP up and went to respond to a txt message and it let me type but i had to unlock it to hit send.

when you open your keyboard though, it doesnt turn on the phone or unlock anything but the buttons on the keyboard (at least on my phone it doesnt)

hope this helps any

Re: Sensor lock

I love SensorLock because it prevents you from randomly typing, calling, etc., when your phone wakes up on an alert. You can configure the gestures need to unlock it, whether keys will be active & only the screen locks, & other options like that. You can set it so that if you pull the stylus out it completely unlocks so if your drunk you can still use your phone
