I run 32gb SDHC ( modified ) and every rom that i have used, read it correctly regarding how much space used or space available.

Maybe you have a fake card. ..i don't know..

Edited: Here is another answer that might answer your issue.

Here are the numbers when i change my setting on Quality

With 13338.78 Gigs left

Basic = I have 3656 shots left
Normal = I have 3006 shots left
Fine = I have 2426 shots left
Super Fine = I have 2034

That is how much i have left since i already used up 17753.22 gigs already.

Hmm i think you should have way more pics available if you have 13GB on your card left i have 1786 w/ just 1gb sd card in this is why im triping out. I put in my friends 8gb scandisk sd card at work and his read 8967 pictures available so im unsure what is causing this. Maybe your card is broken

Didn't you look at the quality settings ?

Edited: lowest settings on 13GBs -

Resolution = M
Quality = Basic

I have 95,716 shots left -

Of course i'm more of a resolution guy and set every settings to max to maximize my storage card

Maybe my card is broken...i don't know...

My point in " trying " to help you out is that , maybe the settings you have is on 3M and Super Fine.

I understand what your saying and the settings i have is what you said. I'm more of a resolution man also. I have 4356 MB left available on my card. im sure im able to take more pictures than 503 even though i have my camera settings on 3M and super fine..... Or am i just tripping out and I need to buy a 32gb sd card???

The reason i think my card or phone is broke is if i put in the 1gb card i have 1786 pics left with the same setting so this is why i flip out??

Like earlier poster said , you might have to do the un-thinkable ( if you are not a flash-o-holic) and do a hard reset , or try a different rom ..... you know...

Hook your phone up to your PC select disk drive on the phone's display. now on the computer go to My Computer in there you will see the Memory card. Right click it and select format. change setting from fat to fat32. and your done.

Note: this will erace everything on your card make sure you back up your files.
