sync issues?

i added pics to 23 of my contacts through outlook, hooked up my phone and it said it synced 23 items (didn't change any contact info in outlook, just added pics).
but when i add people to my "People" tab, it doesn't show their picture.
did i miss something here?

Try re-syncing with Outlook and then re-add them to the tab.

yeah, i removed all the pics from outlook, then hooked my phone up, re-added everything. now the darn pictures are all pixelated.. lol..
i removed again, i'm just going to add them one by one on my phone, that sees to work nicer (yet much slower)... :-\
