Sorry about the trouble you've been having. Thought I would reply, just so you would know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I wasn't even aware that an update had been released last summer. So I just upgraded the BlueAnt software to v4.0, and everything worked just as described. I now have the headset charging. I'm sure you have a defective one ... glad to hear they are replacing it for you. Good luck ...
