total commander will not let me delete Windows/Picturemail.dll, and when i try moving it, another copy just appears in the windows folder

That's because it's in ROM (read-only memory) and you can't delete it.....

You can however write over it with a 0 Byte file.

could I just add .bak to the end of it and leave it like that?

hmm couple quick newbie questions,

1. how would i check old MMS's i have
2. is the only notification I get is that little envelope with a arrow on the task bar and a sound?

I'm still pretty new to this, but I don't think you can check previous MMS messages you have prior to installing Arcsoft, but it integrates with Text Messages, so there is no separate MMS account in Pocket Outlook.
