thats the problem, she wanted to setup the email account after i deleted the sprint email in tf3d, and now she can't add a new one. i was just hoping there was a way to set it up on myphone, and then export it and then import it to hers...

Thats the mistake i did with my phone and i could not find a way to get to setup email after deleting the phantom account......

There is something else that sktools deletes other then the account itself......I was a little skeptical at first but it seems Sktools misinformed selection is most likely deleting the core Key to recreate Email accounts on the phone.

I think you will be better off Hard-reset on her phone and then follow the steps i posted a few posts ago without using Sktools (to be on the safe side) let me know if you find anything else that doesn't make sense.

I am having problems with not being able to create new email accounts. However, I never installed or used sktools. I had setup an email account already. Then i followed instructions on this thread to delete picturemail registries. Then i installed arcsoft. everything worked like a charm except now i just realized i cannot create any new email account.

I AM ABLE TO CREATE NEW EMAIL ACCOUNTS WIHTOUT HARD RESET!!

So this is what I did:
1. Uninstalled arcsoft 5.0.69.44 then soft reset
2. Go to this thread and get the file Arcsoft Sprint MMS 5.0.69.44-remove reg.cab and install it. It supposedly removes any reg entries that 5.0.69.44 installed that is normally not removed during uninstall.

3. Soft reset again.
4. Installed Arcosft Sprint MMS 5.0.69.44-full.cab from this thread:

One interesting note, after step 3 above I tried creating new email account and still couldn't. Only after step 4, was i able to.
