Sprint Navigation updates?

Not sure if there is a way to update Sprint Navigation or not, but yesterday I was using it and it kept telling me that it could not find the city I was searching for. Indianapolis. O_o No way that can be right. At any rate, I was just wondering if anyone knows of a way to update it? I didnt see any options for it. I know there was a cab floating around for Sprint Navigation, but is that the most up to date one? Anyone know where to download the most up to date cab?

The Cabs posted should do you just fine, or you could look into the Telenav cabs which is the same thing without the Sprint Logo posted all over it.
